LLC «Brothers & Company», one of the top leaders at the restaurant market of Russia and CIS, has replaced its shareholders. Several foreign companies have become its new shareholders. Having 10-year experience of successful work at the restaurant market of Russia and CIS the Company will keep on its activity in former quality. Replacement of shareholders will not change the profile or influence the performance of obligations undertaken prior. Merab Elashvili will remain the President and the Chairman of the Board. He will continue to take active part in realization of the Company’s current economic policy and its strategic management. No changes of organizational structure are to be made. The interests of business partners and customers will not be affected; they will remain as priorities in the work of each employee of the Company. In fact the whole management and the Board of Directors of the company will not undergo essential changes. The new shareholders plan to continue active development of the Company for account of the shareholders’ and attracted funds. Their aim is also, to increase capitalization and to bring the business that has already achieved significant turnover to higher level.
